Nicole Bolognini Morris County Postpartum Therapist

Nicole Bolognini, LCSW, PMH-C

Nicole Bolognini is the owner of Skylands Wellness, LLC.  Nicole is a licensed clinical social worker Certified in Perinatal Mental Health by Postpartum Support International.    Nicole has worked with families  and children throughout her 15+ year social work career.   She earned a Master’s of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania, specializing in clinical social work.  Nicole has advanced training in trauma and EMDR treatment, child development, attachment, and perinatal mental health.  She was named the Clinician of the Year in 2013 by the New Jersey Alliance for Children, Youth, and Families.  Nicole also previously served as the Director of Counseling in a large community mental health agency in northern New Jersey.

Nicole is the mother of three children and is passionate about the wellness of women and their families in the perinatal period.  When not at work, Nicole can be found in the mountains or on the lake with her family, including therapy dog-in-training, Rio.

Jessica Gallego, MSW, LCSW

Specialties: Men’s issues; parenting; children and teens; therapy with teachers & educators

Jessica is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a graduate from Rutgers University Clinical Social Work program with a concentration in adolescent development. She has extensive experience working with families throughout the life course in the community and school settings.  Jessica builds strong therapeutic relationships, even with the youngest of clients.  Jessica has a deep understanding of complex family dynamics and the impact of trauma through the life course.  Jessica has specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Strength Based Therapy, Systems Theory, and various Family Systems modalities. 

Jessica provides services in our Newton (Sussex County) office and telehealth services.  Jessica works with both children and adults, with a focus on strengthening families, building strong therapeutic relationships, and developing lasting change.   

Jessica is a mother of 2 young children and has first hand understanding of the challenges facing modern parents.  Jessica joined Skylands Wellness in 2022.  

Melany Jimenez, MSW, LCSW

Specialties: Adolescents and children, young adults in transition, new parents, families 
 
Melany is a licensed social worker with 8 years of experience as a social worker serving individuals and families in a variety of settings.  Melany provides psychotherapy services in both English and Spanish.  Melany earned a Master’s of Social Work degree from Rutgers University.  She has worked with survivors of intimate partner violence, children with behavioral and emotional needs, patients and families facing end of life decisions, parents, children and teens.  Melany has specialized training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Sandplay therapy, advocacy for Domestic Violence and Sexual Violence survivors, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.    Melany is passionate about helping young adults and adolescents overcome anxiety and develop a strong sense of self during life transitions, such as having a first child, transitioning to college, or adjusting to peer changes in high school.  Melany approaches clients with warm, energy and a commitment to positive change.

Cami (CHamomile) balzano, MSW, LCSW

Specialties: Family issues, parenting, trauma treatment, teens  
 
Cami Balzano is a Licensed Clinical Social Work with 10 years experience in the clinical social work setting. Cami is a graduate from Rutgers University School of Social Work. She has extensive experience working with families, parents, and children, including complex family dynamics and adult survivors of abuse and neglect. She has additional experience in working with adults with acute mental illness at multiple levels of care. Cami is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Sandplay Therapy, and Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).  Prior to her work as a therapist, Cami worked as an art educator in New Jersey public schools.   Cami also has a certification as a Children’s Yoga teacher. 

Cami is passionate about mental health advocacy, child well-being, and supporting the family system.  Cami aims to help her clients learn more about themselves and make meaningful change through a warm and nonjudgmental approach to therapy.
