Therapy Services

Therapy services are offered in person in Ledgewood / Succasunna, NJ (Morris County) and Newton, NJ (Sussex County) or via convenient online counseling in Pennsylvania or New Jersey. Our offices are within driving distance of Morristown, Chester, Denville, Randolph, Andover, Byram, Hackettstown, Sparta and other Morris/Sussex/Warren County locations. Pregnancy & PostPartum Wellness package

Two pre-natal and four post-partum parental wellness sessions. Topics may include self-care planning, managing mood and anxiety, planning for baby as a couple, coping with the unexpected, and processing the birth experience, among others. Up to three in-home sessions (travel fees may apply). In office and Telehealth Sessions available.

$800 / Package (6 Total Sessions) + Travel Fees if greater than 15 miles from 07876. Sessions never expire.

Training & COnsultation

Skylands Wellness provides on-site or virutal training for schools, organizations and agencies in the topics of perinatal mental health, trauma informed care/schools, team building and leadership, and other areas of expertise. Custom presentations can be developed to meet your organization’s needs. Consultation is available in non-profit management, as well as the clinical treatment of the perinatal population, trauma, families, and children.
